Our Laboratory provides testing and quality assurance services as a BIS-recognized and IQAS-approved testing facility. Our services include but are not limited to product testing and quality assurance across various industries as detailed on our website.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Our Laboratory and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Test reports and other deliverables remain our intellectual property, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their intended purpose.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that samples submitted for testing are properly packaged, labeled, and accompanied by all necessary documentation. We are not liable for samples damaged during transit unless we are responsible for the transportation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, test samples may be disposed of after completion of testing and the required retention period as per our accreditation requirements.
Fees for our services are as quoted at the time of order placement. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold test results and reports until payment is received in full.
Our liability for any claim arising from our testing services, regardless of the form of action, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific test(s) giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Test results are based on samples provided and represent conditions at the time of testing. We do not guarantee that future production will yield identical results unless specifically contracted for ongoing quality assurance services.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Our Laboratory shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi Ncr.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
